Water pump and tap

In addition to the water pump not working, no sound and no increase in amperage through control panel when turning tap on, the 20A 12v "cigarette lighter" (by the 3 pin 240v socket) on the side of the sink is also dead, are the circuits for this and the pump combined? The tap clicks when being turned on but nothing happens. Ive checked the 5A fuse for the pump and that is ok. Thanks for any help.

T5 Water Pump

We had the water pump replaced 2 years ago but it has abruptly stopped working. I've checked the fuse and tried it with the engine running but nothing. It clicks when you turn the tap on but no sound from the pump. Any ideas, thanks in advance.
