What's this fell off?

Found it sat under the bed deck when i lifted it up, just sat there on the 2inch wide side bit that the bed rests on,can't see where it is from and its annoying me,looks like some sort of trim fixing,now then,am i going to look stupid when its as obvious as a turd on a doorstep?

Hi

We used our new Beach for camping for the first time last weekend. Whilst vacuuming the sand (kids!) from the upstairs bed, I found these fellas see pic) under the edges of the mattress. Any ideas where they're from please?
