Which sliding rear tray to get

Trying to decide whether to get either the Spacemate rear tray or the shop version.
It would be interesting to hear from people who have fitted either one and discovered any disadvantages in use.
The Spacemate has higher sides and a central one handed catch. How do people find those features compared to the low sides of the shop version with its locking runners?
