Hi everyone, we got an email from VW (not the dealer) telling us our Cali Ocean is ready to sync up with We Connect! Is this a good sign that it has reached the end of build? Ordered March 2022
 
I got these after the van was on the ship to the uk. Unfortunately you get one every day until you finally sync the app with the van.

Check latest status with dealer. If you get the VIN number you can add the van to the app.

Thanks very much for the reply, last update we had was it was halfway through build on 2 Feb so it is really exciting to know that it is getting closer after so long waiting. Will give our dealer at Breeze in Poole a call. Can’t wait to start posting about our experiences after reading about everyone else’s great times on the forum

Yes a good sign, think I got mine when the van docked the UK. From memory can’t do much with setting up the app until you know the vehicles VIN.
 
I've been getting this email pretty much every day for the last couple of months - we picked ours up a year ago! Wish I could work out why it's suddenly started coming through....
 
We had these every day from VW in November last year and we picked ours up 29th Nov.
We even had these emailed through for a couple of weeks later.
Best to just download the app and register but unless you have the VIN you can’t go any further and the next stage after that is when your sitting in the van registering your phone with the van.
