This week I've bought '________' for my Cali

Mostly cooking items, a rather good zester grater £6 Amazon, very effective as the plasters will testify ;-)

Also paella pan, only 12quid but similar size to the cadac offering. Used a few times now and excellent results.

Sorry offtopic: Looks like you get yourself ready for your cooking-project. I look forward to some news about it!
Cheers sapto

Ok, Ok.... Purchased a few weeks ago, and have been using it at home since..... However, got around to using it in the van last night, for which it was originally purchased for.

We simply set the projector on the table, and use the side window blind as a screen. We watched a drama series episode last night, which was 1hr 30mins long, just off the projectors internal re-chargeable battery. We drove the projector from my MacBook, via the HDMI cable directly. We also plugged a Jawbone Jambox, speaker, as the speaker built into the projector is "just ok" - Better in van than at home tho.

Here's how it looks, it's pretty much the full size of the window blind, and display is in HD quality:

Wow - that looks fantastic. I'd never have thought of using the inside of a blind as a projector screen.

looks great, potentially a solution for dark winter evenings to keep the kids occupied. Out of interest, how good is it on the wall at home? I'm no purist but would hope for an equivalent size to a decent large screen tv. We don't currently have a TV so might kill two birds....

It's great at home also..... We've considered ditching the TV, as we don't use it much..... It's mostly used for films, so the projector works better for this for sure.... The projectors internal speaker, wasn't good enough for the house.... The internal speaker is OK, for the van tho. So, we use an external speaker to boost the sound at home. We found having everything hard-wired, was much better than via wireless transfer.... There was some lag, between video and audio, when streaming wirelessly. I did some research, and this seems to be a common problem with wireless transmission... So, wired for us works best.

That's our 50" TV in the below picture, so the projector offers a cinema like experience in comparison.

Have ordered the tyre safe lock and 335 cube portable toilet. Tried to find a voucher code, tired search and checked my emails, but no codes anywhere else I can look. Thanks

ACSI Camping & ID Card
C&MC membership
Next up Bike Rack. Just need to sort out which.

Did you get the ACSI Card with the book-deal?
Bike Rack for your towbar?
Cheers
Yes, and no. Probably the old T5 design for the T6. Just trying to sort out VW dealers as to which and then price.

4 new Nokian Weatherproof Cargo, the Continental Van 200 mounted to rise soon as they see a little bit of wet earth or grass are in deep crisis ....

Today I bought and fitted non slip draw liners from B&M, £1.99, I used white to line the shelves, cut circles to go between the plates and wrap cutlery to stop noise. Then I made glass protectors for work tops from a black roll. Looks good.

Ditto with the Three SIM, very good value, new wooden spoon out of Tiger and some sticky hooks for the keys when sleeping, without them the keys seem to hide themselves overnight
