Hubby gone on a course with the Beast 680 and is plugged in but no hot water or heating. It just blows out cold air. He has checked the truma button is in. Any help would be great. Thanks

Take it there is water in the system as it would have been drained due to the cold weather. The Truma error code E 632 H
Overheating protection has been triggered Reset overheating protection
(see Combi operating instructions)

I have relayed this to him. Thank you

Thank you very much. I just found that thread and have sent that to him. Thanks

The reset button is in a very awkward place. He has had to take the bench seat off but still can’t find it. He will have another go after his course finishes this evening but the blower kept going all night. He hasn’t any tools with him. He’s not a happy man .....

we had this problem on the heating and hot water with the 680 and it turned out to be the temperature safety switch that kicks on once the interior gets below 3C and it dumps the clean water in the tank. you need to press in the blue button behind the flap on the side of the seat base -
NB it won't reset if temp is below 5/6C

He has tried that already but thanks

Hello Demelza

How did you resolve the issue? We have the same issue after picking the van up from a software update?

Regards

All sort of head banging stuff - mine is a 2023 rig and went in for a number of VW ordained aftermarket mods ( unspecified and unexplained ). Now the printed paperwork is sort of out of date as plumbing under bench seat of the 680 was re routed and in trying to get hot water all we could get was the dreaded 632 H - shock horror.
Any pointers would be welcome, but OK with being part of the unwashed at this point.

we solved the blower issue after a 632 H by getting into power center and turning big red switch to OFF then after a few seconds back to on. Did not sort our 632 H but stopped the continual unneeded blower racket.
