T6.1 Ocean Sat Nav 2016 Model

Hi anyone. I am having alot of issues with my VW Sat Nav. i have just recently purchased the van. Sat Nav goes a bit 'wobbly' constantly beeping, it affects the Car Play as well (almost as though a ghost is touching it) not responding to commands, does not go to the position it should do straight away. I have tried switching it on and off and updated the SD card with new navigation update from VW (it was worse before).

Any ideas welcome?

Hi, you state 2016 model and T6.1. I don’t think the T6.1 was around before about 2019...? So that may cause some confusion.
