Effortlessly gliding into the VW California awning rail, our awning rail washing line is the perfect solution.

Within minutes, the washing line can be installed and can start drying your belongings!

The aluminium components are powder-coated in black to withstand the elements, paired with the black washing line cord: this compliments any van.

As the VW California has an awning rail on either side of the van, with the rail on the sliding door side being used for the roll-out awning in most vans, this washing line fits neatly into the opposing side and means the clothes and towels are hidden out of the way.

With one continuous length of line threaded between both pieces of aluminium, the washing line can be pulled tight whilst in the awning rail and has a good space for hanging multiple items.

How is it installed?

Already assembled, you will see the washing line is made from two black aluminium powder-coated pieces, where the line is threaded through and knotted tightly.
Attached to these pieces are two thumbscrews, the flat metal piece simply slides into your awning rail, the line can then be positioned to suit your needs: tighten the handwheels to ensure the product does not move.
To remove: simply ensure the line is empty, slowly unscrew the handwheels, and slide the line out gently!
