We recently spent 3 weeks in Spain and France. Temperature was often 38 in the day and 25 at night. Sleeping is biggest challenge but this worked for us
- Sleep up top - it is the only place you will catch any breeze
- Pitch in shade if possible
- Keep window blinds closed during the day
- The roof of the Cali will likely get very hot during the day so avoid pushing the top bed out of the way up to the Calif roof as you will be sleeping on a heated mattress come bedtime
- Get a shower before bed
- Wear a damp T shirt in bed
- go to bed late
- get a small rechargeable fan for up top
