A helping hand required in Poole

Just a quick update that a kind member has agreed to meet up with my customer on Monday and hopefully talk him through the issues. Thanks again for all you help
I've had to move it to Thu/Fri now, but still all on. Already spoken to him on the phone and answered a lot of the queries.
 
I Feel it is a shame that a few members have criticised Breeze and really not knowing the full story.

I’m sure that if this new owner reached out on this helpful forum he would have been inundated with offers to help. Is he or she a member?

We have purchased both our California’s from Breeze Poole and have great customer service from all areas in the company.

I hope his issues/handover goes well, sure we would all love to welcome them aboard and see photos of the new pride and joy.
