Second service under the VW plan completed last week at Breeze. Bit of a trek for us but after last years fiasco at our local VW commercial dealer, this was a breath of fresh air.
Great video walkthrough of all the checks and showing the engine oil draining from the sump plug and oil filter casing. Ditto the brake fluid bleeding in progress from one of the wheels so no corners being cut here. Water fluid topped up. We declined their offer to wash the vehicle.
Detailed invoice and service record printout provided without asking and all done in a couple of hours whilst we grabbed a Costa coffee.
(our first service last year didn't provide us with ANY paperwork, no video, no washer top-up, no offer to clean the vehicle, warranty work was not checked although they said it had been).
