Any members been camping in Duoro valley, Portugal?

Visiting this area in September. Doesn't appear to be a lot of campsites, so anyone who has been there and can recommend any, I would be most grateful. (We are hoping to stay in Duoro province as opposed to Tamega e Sousa)

Very nice aire in Regua. Free unless you’d like electric then a small fee.

We used the loo / shower at the swimming pool next door. Lovely area - jumped on the train to go up to Pinhau. Well worth a night or two.
