Auxiliary heater controls

Hi,

My dealer clearly had now idea how the electronic controls for the auxiliary heat worked. He could just about show me how to switch it on but had no idea how to programme the timer.

The instruction manual is impenetrable and haven't got a young child to help.

There seems to be 'three choices of program' but I can't figure out how to set the programs.

Can anyone explain?
