Well we have now had it in to our wabesto/eberspacher dealer.
They went through the unlocking process which was successful. The guy said it was showing no error fault codes. But still nothing. He did say we should here a fan kicking in on start up but there is just nothing. I contacted vw Cali dealer and they told us the company we just had it in have more knowledge on it than them.

Any help out there would be great.

Trouble shooting Guide.
Sounds as if there is No Power to the Heater. The Fan is the first to start up.
