Hi All. I’m on my second Cadac Safari Chef HP.
1st was a Safari Chef 2 which stopped getting hot enough after a couple of seasons so I replaced it with a Safari Chef 30 HP.
Now this is ALSO not quite hot enough to get a char on steaks (same issue as first time round). When they’re new they’re great but after a while (of not really that much use) they just don’t seem as hot.
Think it’s 2 years old and hasn’t been used that much - no visible signs of any clogging or leaks either.
I see now that the HP Version seems to have been dropped by Cadac and wonder if this is why.
Anyone else had the same issue or heard of any known issues?
Thanks. S2
