Cooker not working

Hi all
I've just had my ocean a few weeks and finally go around to fitting the gas bottle. I have followed all the correct procedure as shown on YouTube but it still seems to not ignite.!
Any suggestions on what else it could be or that I could try.

I assume you remember to open the valve in the cupboard under the cooker?

If gas is flowing but igniter isn’t working, I think there might be a wire that can come loose under the hob. Does it light with a match?

Connect gas bottle, hear the siss
turn on the gas under the cooker and Bingo.
Childs play.

I had this issue a few days ago so might be worth checking if the piezo doesn’t work. That’s the cable reference above. If no gas is flowing through then it’s not this.

No it doesn't light with a match. Gas bottle is all fitted correctly.

Take the regulator off the gas bottle and see if gas is coming out of the bottle.
