While on our current trip up to Denmark we took some homegrown vegetables as it's the time of the year in the garden and homegrown tastes so much better than others;)

We have leeks (had to google to translate from "prei" in Flemmisch) and potatoes fresh from the garden.
Brought a chickenbrest pre-frozen at home so can stay a few days in the Cali fridge , marinated and sliced in smaller pieces (easer to bake)
Butter and a small unit of soja-cream (Alpro)

She inside on the kitchenunit .
Me outside on the small portable cooker with the RidgeMonkey

Here we go
Potatoes about 25min boil
Leeks stewed in butter about 15min while stirring

Add the cream to the leeks and another 5min on light heat

Chicken in the RM 8-10min
And serve...

Good healty food very easy to cook !
Ok , Michelin won't be handing over stars , but still very happy with the result.:D
 
Still have some stuff i cut of fresh from the garden when we took of ....
Aubergine....
and a RidgeMonkey....
Could be a perfect match!

Chop off the ends , wash under water
Cut the aubergine up in 4 slices
Trow in the pre-heated RM with some oliveoil ( or like i did no grease at all)
Then lower heat and flip it over few times.

Had some olives and cheese in the fridge.
Trow them on top
Now stop flipping the RM!

After a few minutes looks like this ....

You can eat it as appetiser/snack
We put it on our plate together with backed home grown potatoes chickenbreast with salad (carrots again home grown)

@hotel california what pot size are those? Looking for something heavier as they retain the heat for longer than the lightweight ones we currently have.

You mean the ones in the first post ? I would have to go out and mesure them in the Cali , guess the smallest about 18cm and the other 22-25cm ?
They sit on top of each other and are in the drawer under the bench seat when not in use . We don't take the lids with us in the Cali as not much of use . If we need to cover up a pot while coocking we use tin foil ...;)
 
Yeah no worries, they looked to fit nicely and the once we have now are a little smaller.
