Discover media scary man?

Hello folks, loving my new Ocean 6.1 which I got a week ago. Anyone able to help with the scary man that appears at the top of the discover media screen. Can’t seem to find anything about this in the manuals. Looks like I’m being spied upon!

I think it’s to do with your user profile. I believe it means you have privacy settings set to high which means you can’t communicate with your van via the app.
