Door mechanism sound while driving

Whilst driving and sometimes whilst stationary with the key in you hear the sound of the door locking/unlocking mechanism but it doesn’t lock or do anything. Nothing else seems to happen just this sound every now and again. Any clues as to what it is and how to stop it.

Could be a dodgy button on the key fob. It might be the unlock button randomly closing and unlocking the already unlocked doors. Try another key to see if the problem still occurs.
