We’re due in for our first service tomorrow, low mileage c6k so not expecting any ‘surprises’. Apart from the call today to say I had 2 recalls which they would sort for us, is there anything else I should be asking about/ checking?

Remember, many service items are milage related BUT also time related.
Eg: Cambelt 80,000 miles OR 4 years.
AirCon Recharge, 40,000 miles OR 2 years.
DSG Oil Change, 40,000 Miles OR 2 years recommended.

Will the 2 'free' services included with a new Cali cover these as they're 20K miles or 2 yrs? so should cover up to 4years?

Personally I would be very surprised if they are covered. I would suggest checking the fine print of you Service Plan.

The Cambelt + Water Pump normally costs in excess of £500.
