Simply down to health issues. Since having surgery for Cancer last year it’s very difficult for me to bring the roof down to a close. I will be having further surgery in coming months, the situation isn't going to improve so I needed to do something.

I was wondering how an Ocean could offer anything different from a Beach other than being able to cook & wash in the van, but the electric vs manual roof makes perfect sense.

It’s quite ironic as we always preferred the manual roof yet the roof is the driver forcing the change! Thank you for your good wishes.
