Handbrake

Sorry - have done a quick search but…

Just drove from Wilts to north London to pick up some family - on our way to a funeral in Epping.

Setting off from Highgate, pulled away, and the handbrake warning light stays on, warning bong continuous.

Have pulled over. Handbrake was def off, brake fluid looks fine.

Is this likely to be a sensor issue?

Any quick fixes?

More than likely. Are you within the 3 yrs Warranty? if so call VW Assistance when you can.
