HELP!!!! Rear seat won't lay flat

hi. We have a 2015 Cali and the rear seat will not lay flat to make the bed. We've tried everything we can think of. We pull the strap, headrests are down, it clicks but is stuck solid. We've never had this problem before and are at a loss. We'd be very grateful for help and suggestions. Thanks very much

Have you tried raising it, then starting again.

I assume you are not new to using a Cali and have used the bottom bed in the past.

My only thought is if the seat belts are tight, that can prevent the seat back from going flat. Before you push the back down, pull out a short length of the belt each side.

The locks each side are controlled by Beldon cables. It is possible one of these had broken, if so a visit to your Cali specialist dealer is required.

Thanks Alan. Apologies for late reply but signal was intermittent in France. We tried everything but drew a blank. We are back in the UK, just, so will book it in with our local dealer asap. Thanks again
