How to clean the oem Bike Rack?

I’m trying to get my T5 Bike rack in new condition again.

Does anyone have a great method for cleaning the aluminum.

I seem to have little spots on mine which i can’t get rid of.

This will be tricky you could try grabbing an Autosmart man (big white van with Autosmart on) they always has stuff for jobs like this
