I thought this looked great. A bit tall and not the prettiest when roof down but pretty great design. There’s a video where he puts it down in about 2 minutes.
I would love a Buzz camper. IMG_4852.jpegIMG_4853.jpegIMG_4854.jpegIMG_4855.jpeg

Anyone else think a 425km 'practical' range from a 86kWh battery in a vehicle thats quite a bit heavier than the base Buzz is a little disingenuous.

Stolen the roof idea from the old Viking conversion!…had one of these as my first camper:

Regardless of the range, I think it’s an interesting roof concept. With some smart interior design choices, you can create a very handy campervan. Only downside: you have to go outside to set-up the roof, which is less convenient compared to traditional poptops.

I do like the Buzz, and thats an interest concept they've designed.
I'd have to have a good look over it to decide if it could be for me.... until I'll enjoy my T6.1

Neat. Outdoor kitchen and side pop-top means it’s only useful for campsites so not for us. But a very nice option for sure.

Just wondering: why does a side pop-top restrict it to campsites only?

In a lot of Europe (and certainly here in Ireland), wild camping isn’t strictly legal but tolerated as long as you’re being sensible and don’t take the wee wee.

Having a pop-top that expands to the side, uses up a second car park space and is effectively just like an awning fall squarely under the “completely taking the wee wee” category in my mind (granted, there’s no official definition and others might have a different opinion).

Apologies for the forum’s autocorrect functionality. I didn’t mean to say wee wee.
