International Shop order hiccup

Hi Shop administrator. (hope I'm in the right place) I attempted to proceed to Pay Pal and pay for my Shop Cart but as I'm in New Zealand a pop up told me this;
"There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help."
So I'm doing as suggested and contacting you.
Is there a solution to this? Guessing there is just not one the online shop knows.
