My wife (Rachel) and I (Ian) pick up our Cali this Friday, after day dreaming for some time. Bring on the adventures small trips planned around the North of Scotland to start, then Europe next year.

Welcome. We are along the road in Nairn. Picked up our Cali in January and have been getting away over to the North and West on a regular basis (Durness being a particular favourite). Heading for Mull, Skye, North Uist, Harris and Lewis next month.

I could barely contain the excitement when we picked up our van in March. We learn something every trip so a few short breaks before Europe is definitely a good idea. I am sure you will love Cali life. A photo of your new van would be good.
