Poor VW customer service! Can anyone help please?

Update……. Yeomans had the van since 8th April and just got it back today. It appears to be working now. They replaced the complete head unit and did a truckload of software updates. Yeomans did the best they could given VW Germany’s poor support and lent me a Golf to use during this time. I am not unhappy with the dealer, just VW for their slack service (this has been ongoing since early February.

So then, all’s well that ends well (I hope). Now I just have to battle with VW about the extended warranty but that is another story…..
