Exactly what Im doing. Factory tint plus a 20% film

Good choice. Lots of privacy but not too dark.

Does this mean if you don’t get the privacy glass you can see the contents of the wardrobe from outside?

No it looks like a whitish panel I think.

The same goes for the laminated glass as you’ve said for the privacy glass except that it’s supposed to be a little darker to start with. It too has the blacked out back of the wardrobe.

Be careful of going too dark as I did . Couldnt read without a light on. Finally removed all my tint films. I may put a lighter tint back sometime.

Totally agree with Andy if you go too dark you can't see a blooming thing, when we had our van tinted which had no tint just clear glass in we went for 20% which if I recall is just above the VW tint.
