I changed the rear springs & shocks on my 2015 T5 (not 4 motion) several years ago
At first I just upgraded to some T32 springs from ebay but they lifted the back way more than I wanted.
I did quite a bit of research and at risk of looking a bit sad here is the spreadsheet....
The vans (and springs) have a weight range. 3 for my 2wd and based on the part number above looks like 4 for yours - then for each weight range there were 3 spring types, std, uprated (a longer spring) and heavy duty (a stiffer spring).
The part number you quoted is the std one. I swapped for the heavy duty which lifted the back an extra 10mm or so just because it compressed less under the weight of the van, i suspect the uprated one would add even more height.
For your weight range 4 I think the part numbers are 7H5511115P for the uprated and 7H5511115P for the heavy duty. One thing to watch out for is that some aftermarket springs are a constant diameter wire and don't fit very well into the spring cups. Hope that helps.
I also changed the shocks for heavy duty ones to match the springs.
