I was on my hands and knees at the dealers on the Sunday before the collection on Monday and I can find fault with paint quality easier than most being a painter,,
after spending about 2hours checking every panel not a blemish or ripple in sight ....
this made me more relaxed on pick up day
Sometimes it’s hard to properly inspect a vehicle when there’s people looking over your shoulder thinking your nuts !!!!!
hence why I went when they were closed...
if you ever get the chance to drive to the dealer when there closed and have a good look in the dry I would definitely recommend it.....
Get on ur hands a knees check for ripples check reflections of straight objects in the paintwork.
Check edges, look for masking lines, then check the door shuts when the dealers are open
If it’s had paint you Will see a dry edge or bit of overspray somewhere!!!!
