Roof fabric repair

Whilst lowering my roof I have caught fabric in scissor mechanism and the roof bellows fabric has a small rip in it approximately 20mm in length.Has anyone on here had a similar problem and does anyone know of a suitable method to repair rip,was thinking about looking at tent repair kits,what do you think.Cheers Steve

Tear aid . You can buy it from the shop. Also when looking for some advice remember to use search facility of the forum as nothing is new.

Tear aid did a very nice repair on ours and is still holding strong 10 months later, I would also check the side of your roof above where the tear is as it has possibly put a crease in it
