Second drawer under bench gone?

Hello everyone,

This is our first post. We (thats me Kurt ,my wife Maya and our dog Max) live in Belgium and are now proud owners of a MY2019 Ocean.
I just now noticed that the small drawer under the rear bench is not a drawer at all. When I opened it the front came off and there was no drawer. Just an empty hole into the back. I understand you can store skis or other long items this way. However I much prefer a drawer.
Did they forget this in factory or would it be a "downgrade" from the 2018 model? I will get in touch with my dealer asap offcourse. But wanted to ask you guys first

This weekend we're planning our first trip to Cap Griz Nez on the French coast.

That draw was removed a few years ago.

The small drawer has always been a factory option and came with the storage net by the roof opening. You can buy the parts to retro fit, some forum members have done this. There are some posts on this forum re the parts and fitting yourself, try a search.

Bummer. I didn't take that option because I didn't need the net. They didn't say it would also include the draw. Maybe I'll add it later then. Good to know its still possible.

@Nick Stubbs: Be aware that you get the drawer in the right colour (If I remember correctly the originally posted part numbers is pre-2016 and for Warm Grey and not for Moonrock)

Posted part numbers:
1 x Drawer - 7E7 068 041 30T
2 x Drawer Runners - 7H7 067 470
8 x Screw - N907 750 01
2 x Screw - N905 624 01

I think the Moonrock is:
1 x Drawer - 7E7 068 041 A 30T
