Sliding window - falling apart

We bought our Cali 2nd hand 6m ago and now the sliding window in the sliding door is falling apart. The runner has come unstuck from the window ans so the sliding window is no longer secure. Are we going to have to replace the whole window?

Hi and welcome on your first post Ed .
I don't think this is a common thing that happens a lot , at least not many times (even never) mentiont on the forum.
I think you might be able to take it out yourself and replace the broken parts.
