Just really a big thankyou to alex,dave,steve,hugh and the whole team at SMG Cowfold for a warm welcome when i arrived for the berg's 1st service.
As usual it was smooth from the booking in to the driving out of the dealership and well worth my extra travel time past another dealer to get to SMG.

I am routinely appalled by vw build and service quality theses days :censor .

But in contrast to the general environment of bad engineering, dealer complacency and incompetence; all my interactions with SMG have been positive, the guys there are helpful, professional, the mail order works well, and they get things right first time .

Thanks for your recent excellent service for ordering and delivering a Brandrup carpet and knowing exactly what I wanted.

My local VW van centre had no idea what i needed and didnt even call back as promised - enough said. :?:

Also we require the small additional under rear seat drawer.Could you supply all the parts required and if so what would be the total price ?

The price for the little drawer that fits in by the kitchen unit is priced for VIP members at £119.16 inc vat. They are currently on back order in the UK but should take 7-10 working days to get from Germany.

If you were interested in ordering then give us a shout.

Usable Space in the Cali really is at a premium. I wholeheartedly recommend this drawer. Even 'er indoors approves and she generally disapproves of my spending on extras.

Just wanted to publicly say a big thank you to Chris Figg and the SMG Cowfold team (plus originally Hugh Ventris who I placed the order with before he left).
Its not a secret that my previous experience with VW dealers have been awful and these guys have really restored my faith in the VW brand.
The contact was regular, these guys knew their stuff and where sympathetic to my every request.

Was well worth travelling the extra distance to deal with these guys instead of the muppet VW dealers I have around me.

Expectations exceeded!

Likewise, both my vans were from Hugh/Chris at SMG Cowfold and delivered all the way down to North Devon. Just wish I was closer to have my servicing done there.
