Having just completed a VWC survey I received this message:

"Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and xxxxxx are transparent about their products and services.........." etc...


I wonder if the author of that golden bit of prose has ever tried to use the configurator or complained about roof rot?...... and lets not say anything about emmissionsgate.......

I had to ring VW Assist yesterday (2nd time for a waning light), the webpage assured me my van was "very reliable".

Given I have never had to call before or had 6 weeks off the road (windscreen) with any of my previous vehicles, I'm glad I wasn't drinking tea...
