...and ordered a T6 Ocean. We now have the agonising wait until it's delivered. Just need to decide on essential kit for a family of four and the destination for our first trip. We're based on the South Coast of UK so I'm thinking the New Forest.

Congratulations. Plenty to read on what to get and there are plenty of small essentials, kettle etc to pick up.

Congrats! One thing I would say is other than the essentials hold fire on any big purchases until you have got a feel for the van if you can. It's easy to get carried away and buy things you will never use. Don't ask me how I know

• spare wheel safe lock
