Came up with idea to move seat every time to exact point that chair will swivel freely .
See enclosed image all that is required is 2 white marks , on loop pull out , and chair .
Masking tape is also an optional , masking tape on first then mark on top tape .
When the 2 marks align , swivel the chair .
