T4 Charger repair?

Original philips PE 2169/00 keeps blowing a fuse. Is there anyone that repairs these? It's all electronics to me!!

I’m sure there are folks on here who have had them repaired but a number are fitting this.

Yes I notice a few references to them on the forums. Look to be the best option - any feedback about them?

I haven’t heard anything long term about them but given the price (I reckon you’d be hard pushed to get the original refurbished for similar money) and the fact it’s much more modern then the original Westy one you’d expect it to be reliable. It is German after all.

Is there any label or indication of what the fuse is and it’s correct rating?

Are you sure you’re replacing the fuse with one of the correct size?

A fuse like that will normally be there to protect the unit from external problems ie wiring connected to it. Check all of your external cabling.
