T6.1 Beach cooker stuck AND heater issues

Hi all,

My first post here, so thanks in advance to all the members whose threads I have read, it is very informative.
I have just bought a T6.1 California Beach (manufactured December 2019). If it makes any difference, it's a Swiss model as I live in Switzerland.

1st problem - I can't get the cooker to come out of the side wall. I presume it is in there, as as I understand it all Beach's have a cooker as standard. However, mine doesn't have the recess for a gas bottle, so maybe it doesn't?

2nd problem - I have read most of the treads about the auxiliary heaters getting stuck. Mine is also doing the same, it will not turn on and the screen freezes. Does anyone know if this forum has reached a definitive answer on a permanent solution to this?

Hi Dave, do you have the camper or tour model - how many sliding doors does it have?
Post a pic and suspect will be able to quickly tell you if you have the cooker?

I don’t think there is a definitive solution to heater issues. More a case of work through potential solutions and hopefully one works for you.

Lastly, as recently bought, can you go back to the seller?

Thanks for helping out, I've attached some pictures.
Regarding the heater issues - It seems seems very strange to me that a software update is not freely provided given this appears to be a common problem?

As you suspected, no gas cannister cabinet means you don't have a fold out cooker.

I have a T6.1 Beach but have never (and will never) use the fold out cooker as we have a much better setup in the back or generally cook outside. I would much to prefer have the storage you have there.
