Tailgate packing & weight?

I used to have the 20m hook-on cable and the shower tent in-between the chairs, but got a bit tired of the daily weight-lifting and so now I replaced them by two folding stool-footrest-tables (Outwell Baffin) which just just fit in.

Hi Auber-gine, I bought 2 Outwell Baffin stools and cannot for the life of me fit them in between the chairs! How did you do it?

The folding stools from Decathlon fit inside the tailgate chairs along with the sides and front from the awning room - sometimes needs a wiggle but all fits snugly

I can get either the folding legs of the Outwell Baffin stools or the table top in with the VE chairs but I can’t get both the top and the legs in. But apparently it can be done.
