My Victron app has been working fine for months; last night it was working. It’s an MPPT100/20 Bluetooth.

Today, this error message is appearing.

Any ideas how to trouble shoot? It has only ever been connected to one device.

The LEDs on the charge controller are lit, so it seems it’s working?

Bluetooth on and no idea why it’s blown up while I slept?? Half charge on phone.

Is there any way to reset the Victron? I can’t even see it as discoverable.

I'd disconnect the solar fuses and the input / output wires and then reconnect to see if that fixes it.

Otherwise, delete the victron controller from your phone's Bluetooth devices and then see if you can readd it.

It never hurts to reinstall an app when things are playing up, but I'd still specifically remove the Victron device (SmartSolar + string of a numbers) from your phone's Bluetooth connections menu. On an iPhone it's under Settings > Bluetooth > i > Forget this device

Then pull the fuses and MPPT connections and reconnect.

Unplug the panels and remove the inline fuse and leave for a more than three minutes before reconnecting.

We have success! Powered down, deleted, waited. Reinstalled, popped the fuses and thankfully harvesting the sun again.
