Solar panels - anyone tried the Victron controller with bluetooth and phone app

In Amersfoort, at VW Campercentrum. Installation has been flawless. They have a lot of experience by now.

I looks like their experience has evaporated now. I would not recommend VW Campercentrum anymore. It took them 2 plus 3 weeks to install two 100Ah LFP batteries and a 1000W inverter. This week we got the camper back with a disconnected Genasun MPPT solar charge controller, so now without solar charging! They did not install a Victron smart shunt as requested. They did not fix the defective water level measurement and rear climate control as requested.
We are quite reluctant to have them fix the remaining issues.
