VW California Factory Visit at Hannover 2017 Pictures

First part of the tour
T6 factory at Stocken.

They were so kind to drive us in by shutlle

Sneeky took a picture inside

Now lunch in the cali and of we go to Limmer

Finished the Limmer Cali assembling factory .
All worked out well today .
We got to see a preview on a update to the kitchenunit.
The glas top comes in TWO parts from within' s few weeks production .
The hinges on the glad top have changed.
The gas struds are not there anymore.

Also light in the wardrobe behind the sliding doors , a switch is put in the right hand side next to the 220v socket.

And they are putting in a larger mirror in the big wardrobe door with sort of a shelf underneeth.

I try and post pictures but internet is slow.

It were wonderfull days in Hannover, the visits, the campsite, and especially the meeting with the "Californians" from different countries. Thank you all, from Happy_T6_Cali !

VWCS have advised me yesterday that my new T6 Ocean is in build having reached stand 7 ,whatever that means, but said the whole production line is stopped for two weeks.
You can be my mole on the inside. Was the production line stopped? Did you see a Bamboo Garden Green 150 on stand 7!!

Some of us where lucky to get inside the oldtimer museum...just for 5min and we where not able to actually walk further than the entrance

But still more luck for @Kmann , as the VW specialists wanted to look at he's problem regarding the front spoiler

And think they looked at Pete's rolling blinds problem also...

Great report from factory, my new T6 has just gone onto build, are the ones currently in build getting the split glass top and cupboard lights? Interesting about tape under roof seal. My current soon to be sold T5.1 is in an Audi body shop for roof warranty repairsand they said I would be getting a tape under the seal .
