Apparently VW Live Chat don’t give updates on orders even though my dealer said they would. Feeling a little deflated especially after the expected 3 per cent price rise coming down the line.

Volkswagen live chat unfortunately we’re giving out the wrong information for a little while as they don’t get notified of internal information that the dealer would know. Would always advise ask your dealer at the moment
