I have had one on there from new. This is the second one. No problem with the paint. Lots of polish and it's ok. First one was black and the van is in the sun all day. home and in work.

We had a black VanX black bra fitted to our white T4 for 3 years / 30,000miles without any paint issues. The van had covered was 22years old on 180k when we sold it and bonnet paintwork was still in excellent condition.

We only removed the cover it to polish the van, but left it on for regular washing. Parked outside all year.

May it’s the luck of the draw but any cover non breathable especially black will sweat in rain then sun on and off that’s a no brainier....
..that’s why any good car cover is breathable ....
I had micro blisters on my mk1 golf after it being on for 6months...
also a few customers in the body shop have had the same problem with micro blisters it can also can make the paint cloudy.
You both had no issues so that’s fab....
I was just trying to be helpful and give some advice to be careful using them.

A Soda Stream. We bought one for home and are so taken with it that we bought one for the Cali. I reckon its cut our plastic bottle consumption down by about 95%. Oddly as well I've gone off the taste of the main stream "pop".
