It's a wheel trim I think looking at the valve sticking through not 100%

Yes, they're called Disc & started out on the recent Generation Six two tone red & white van to mimic earlier / retro camper look.

I started a thread recently about new colours in the German brochure & there was a second colour shown. I've seen a white Beach with them on Instagram, everything has a part no. but I agree with the above that they'll be eye wateringly expensive.
