The router on our 680 has no power showing although on the central control panel it shows wifi permanently on (as in can't turn it off). We've inserted a SIM card, but nothing happens as appears router is dead.
Anyone help?

If your control panel WiFi on/off button is no longer responding to an off command then it may well be the problem lies with the control panel. - it could be showing it as on but its actually off. Power cycle the control panel by switching the red isolator switch in the utility cupboard off for 10s then back on - that should reset the control panel and hopefully you will be able to turn the WiFi on (and off)

Switching off power to a degree, but also had to move the aerial from the middle port to the far left before it would connect.
