I am sticking to the spec but adding the roll bars. However, I don't understand why bars which are a few mms thicker cost and extra £200!! Actually I do and 'profit motive' comes to mind.
I have been reading other threads about paddles on steering wheels where DSG is fitted. I asked the dealer if they were or not and he has replied:
"The steering I have selected is ZEA which is the sports steering wheel. This was advertised incorrectly earlier in the year and put the configurator as such. There was an announcement on Monday this week about some option changes, I’ve just clarified this brand support and vehicle ordered from now with the sports steering wheel will have paddle shift."
