The California has been crying out for this modification for years. Perfect for all those small items.
No instructions but it is fairly obvious how to remove the existing one and replace with this. Push the old panel up and flex it to pop it out of the bottom track. No tools required just a little care and attention, must be done from inside the wardrobe. Slides to open and close same as the original.

Excellent product, if a little pricey. very useful. It can also be slid back to the open position for additional security of small items as they are completely hidden – apart from Cali owners who would know about this.

Fitted easily enough with access through the ‘wardrobe’. Slides back and forth like the plain blind although a bit tight. Looks ideal for those small things that all too easily get ‘lost’ in the van. Neat and sensible accessory.

Long overdue – goodness knows why the vehicle doesn’t come with it. Excellent product albeit £32 odd for a piece of plastic does seem a bit steep

Fantastic service from the shop, this is a practical addition to the van, provides useful space for smaller items that I tend to loose or forget where I put them. Installed it via the wardrobe, a bit fiddly but straightforward enough. I agree with some other reviews this should be standard fit for the van as it’s a genuine VW part.

Easy to fit this replacement for the sliding blind. It doesn’t fit as much in it as the original with the Brandrup pockets BUT the fridge is much easier to open and it brings the Cali interior up to date as I believe these are now fitted as standard.

Fairly straightforward to remove the old blind via the wardrobe and then replace it with the new one. The pockets in this blind are limited in depth by the size of the space that the blind needs to slide through. I was hoping that they would hold spice bottles, but they are too big. After researching what others have done, I have bought some tiktaks and used the cases to make some mini spice holders.
